Yoga in the Garden, 3rd July, 2022

Slow, stretch and relax: this will be a gentle class with slow aligned movements, quiet mediation, relaxation and awareness of the beautiful surroundings of nature in the Botanic Garden. The class is open to all levels with options to take different modifications to poses as you wish. Please bring a firm cushion/yoga block, a yoga mat, a blanket, and a bottle of water.
