Slow Stretch and Relax: this will be a gentle class with slow aligned movements, quiet meditation, relaxation and awareness of the beautiful natural surroundings in the Garden. The class is open to all abilities, with options to take different modifications to poses as you wish. Jessica is a qualified yoga teacher in Vinyasa Flow, and is also a physiotherapist with over 30 years' experience working with the human body.
Please bring a firm cushion/yoga block, a yoga mat, a blanket, and a bottle of water.
