Native Hedgerow Seed Collection Workshop (2027)

Event description 

The session will start with a walk around the Arboretum collecting seed, and finish with an interactive demonstration of the post-harvesting handling of the different species. Lewis will show you the whole process from fruit to seedling so you can propagate your own native hedgerows at home. A hands-on course which will also give you an understanding of how Oxford Botanic Garden and Arboretum conserves plant diversity through its seed collections and research.
