Group Visits

Visit our sites with a group of 15 or more

  • All larger group bookings must be made by request at least two weeks in advance or risk being turned away
  • Please note, dogs are not permitted at the Garden or Arboretum, with the exception of registered assistance dogs
  • Please ensure there is one adult supervisor for every 10 students present. If you do not have an adequate number of supervisors, staff may refuse group entry
  • The maximum group size permitted is 55 people (up to 50 attendees and 5 supervisors). Groups with a size of over 55 participants must contact The Botanic Garden on groupbookings@obg.ox.ac.uk to be accommodated
  • Please be aware that there is essential maintenance taking place in the Glasshouses over the coming months. Please contact us in advance if you would like to check for any closures on the day of your visit
  • Bookings for fewer than 15 can be made on the 'Book tickets' pages for the Botanic Garden or Arboretum
