Rare Plant Propagation Workshop

You will acquire skills in specialist vegetative propagation including cuttings and layering, as well as seed-sowing. We will discuss growing techniques to get your young plants started in the best possible way. During the workshop you will discover how our how ex-situ conservation helps preserve these plants in the wild, in the face of global threats. The session will begin with a short introduction on propagation and end with a Q&A. A great opportunity to grow sustainably, save money – and grow the plants you love – again and again.
