Mindful Journaling - Sunday 7th June, 2026
An hour and a half of Mindful Journaling in the Botanic Garden; incorporating breath awareness, multi-sensory nature connection, meditation, and reflective writing. This practice will help participants foster deeper self-awareness and appreciation of the natural world. Mindful journaling deepens our connection to nature by encouraging participants to engage mindfully with their surroundings, aligning with conservation and environmental awareness initiatives.
