Forest Bathing - Sunday 28th June, 2026
A four-hour event, giving you the chance to connect with the nature of the Arboretum in a new and mindful way. Forest Bathing, or Shinrin Yoku, is a Japanese tradition encompassing meditation, yoga, periods of rest and relaxation, mindful walking and contemplation. Invitations to guided meditations, contemplation and yoga will be offered throughout.
Please bring a firm cushion or yoga block, yoga mat, blanket, a bottle of water and a picnic.
