400th Anniversary Programme
Friday 15 July - Saturday 30 July, 2022
Founded in 1621, Oxford Botanic Garden is the oldest botanic garden in the UK. Situated in the heart of Oxford, its work over four centuries has played a role in science, horticulture, and education, while being a source of inspiration to literature, poetry, music, and art.
In celebration of the 400th anniversary year, we are delighted to share with you an engaging programme, culminating in a fortnight of public activities, performances, themed days, and events.
Please note, the 400th anniversary programme is now complete. See below for stories about the highlights.
