Slow flow yoga is a gentle yet dynamic form of yoga designed to encourage mindful movement between postures and to improve strength and flexibility. By uniting our movement and breath, we can make space to improve our body, mind and soul. This practice will leave you feeling energised and refreshed. It is suitable for all levels from complete beginners to more experienced yogis with a regular practice.
This course will be led by James who is an Oxford based yoga teacher and can be found teaching in gyms, studios and workplaces across the city. James: 'Yoga has fundamentally changed my life and in each of my classes I seek to share its benefits in an accessible and fun way.'
Please note that attendees will need to bring their own mats.
